After over a decade, two old colleagues — Pawan (P.K) and Harish — reconnected with a shared vision: to build a business that delivers real value to people through honest, professional service. With Pawan’s background in Project Management and Leadership (MBA) and Harish’s experience in Engineering and Education, ShineWise was formed — grounded in trust, purpose, and community.

We started in 2022 by servicing Airbnb properties in Port Macquarie, NSW, and quickly recognised growing demand in Kalgoorlie, WA. Since then, we’ve expanded our reach to include Wauchope, Bonny Hills, Lake Cathie, and Thrumster — with plans to grow further and empower local teams along the way.

At ShineWise, we do things differently. We're not just another cleaning company — we’re professionals who take pride in our work. We use eco-sustainable products, maintain attention to detail, and offer our services at fair, competitive prices.
